Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an Analyst, Learning and Development to design and deliver engaging training for Celebrity Cruises’ sales teams and travel advisors. You will create instructor-led, webinar, and digital content, coordinating Seminars at Sea and other programs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in training, a strong background in instructional design, and the ability to analyze outcomes with data visualization tools. This Miami-based role requires travel and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field required.
3–5+ years of experience in training and development.
Travel industry experience strongly preferred, particularly supporting Sales teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
Miami-based role with approximately 25% travel (shipboard visits, industry events, seminars at sea, and field support with Sales Account Managers).
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities and align work to organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Design engaging training materials across platforms including instructor-led sessions, webinars, and digital learning tools.
Plan, coordinate, and execute key training initiatives such as Seminars at Sea and webinars.
Deliver impactful learning experiences to internal Sales teams and external travel advisors.
Monitor training effectiveness through data and insights, refining content and delivery as needed.
Support administration of Seminars at Sea and invoicing/record keeping.
