Job summary

Princess Cruises in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Sales & Service Trainer to deliver engaging training for new hires and existing staff. The role combines classroom and coaching sessions, with travel up to 25%.

Based in an in-office role with relocation to Miramar later this year, typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET, and occasional extended hours. This role emphasizes knowledge transfer, safety, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating and developing sales training curricula.
• Proven ability to present and facilitate training for large groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in inbound/outbound call center training, preferably in travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Keep records of training materials, attendance and completion.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires on phones in the classroom.
• Evaluate progress and provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management to align training with business goals.
• Incorporate feedback to enhance training programs.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
