Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Sales & Service Trainer to design and deliver training for new hires and ongoing staff. This role involves in-person classroom sessions, coaching on the phones, and developing updated curricula under the Enrichment Training and Knowledge Manager guidance.

The position requires strong communication, experience in large-group training, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Some travel and relocation within Florida are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating and developing sales training curricula.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience presenting and facilitating training for large groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Maintain classroom materials and training records (registration, attendance, completion).
• Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires while on the phones in the classroom.
• Evaluate progress, provide feedback, and make recommendations to managers.
• Integrate feedback to enhance training programs; align with business goals.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to improve training.
