Job summary

Princess is seeking a Sales & Service Trainer to facilitate training for newly hired agents and provide refresher sessions for existing staff. You will design curriculum, lead new hire classes, and coach associates to meet performance standards.

This 100% in-office role in Fort Lauderdale requires strong presentation skills, experience delivering sales and customer service training in inbound/outbound call center environments, and up to 25% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Facilitate and develop sales training curricula for new hires.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience presenting training to large groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Legal to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Maintain training materials, registration, attendance, and completion records.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires on phones in the training classroom.
• Evaluate progress and provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management to align training with goals.
• Incorporate new ideas into training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
