Job summary

Mytech Partners is seeking a Regional Sales Support Team Manager to lead a regional team behind the scenes—handling service requests, deal registrations, and vendor programs. This newly created leadership role reports to the VP of Sales.

The role oversees four markets and requires regular travel; the team supports the sales engine with service excellence and efficient order processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or sales-support leadership.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-moving, service-level-driven environment.
• Familiarity with vendor deal registration programs and procurement processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to enforce clear, measurable service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Coordinators and Guest Experience Coordinators across your region.
• Own service-level performance for client requests and ticket response times across every branch in your region.
• Oversee deal registration accuracy and turnaround time and support accurate quoting and order processing on product sales.
• Partner with the General Manager in each market and coordinate with Outside Sales and Client Success teams on shared hand-offs.
• Travel regularly to all four markets to maintain presence and support operations.
