Mytech Partners is seeking a Regional Client Success Team Manager to lead the team responsible for maintaining thriving client relationships—conducting quarterly business reviews, shaping technology roadmaps, and growing the relationship after the sale. This leadership role reports to the VP of Sales and involves multi-market oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a consultative technical sales role in IT services or a similar B2B tech environment.
• Experience coaching or leading a team, not just managing your own book.
• Experience running structured quarterly business reviews and technology roadmap discussions with multiple client levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Client Success reps responsible for ongoing client relationships after the initial sale.
• Own the region's quarterly business reviews and technology roadmap cadence with current accounts.
• Drive growth within existing accounts through project work, consulting engagements, and expanding managed services.
• Own account retention across the region and monitor performance across locations to prevent underperformance.
• Build and scale a growing team of technical account specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with General Managers and coordinate with Outside Sales and Sales Support teams.
