Liebherr-America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Support Manager to support the sales function across the region.

This factory-based role coordinates with in-house departments, prepares technical data, quotes, and delivery planning, and communicates schedules to customers and affiliates. Ideal candidates have a related technical degree or business degree with mining industry experience, and willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a degree in a related technical area (Mechanical or Mining Engineering) or a degree in Business Administration.
• 1 year of experience in the mining equipment industry.
• Experience in a Sales and/or Sales Support role in the mining equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support documentation, calculations and technical data.
• Clarify and explain technical details as required.
• Coordinate with factory in-house departments as required.
• Collect and distribute mining equipment key performance data.
• Provide mining equipment availability / slots.
• Raise intercompany quotations as required.
• Follow up detailed delivery planning when needed.
• Ensure purchase orders are correct in terms of specs, pricing and terms.
• Provide Life Cycle and O&O cost calculation.
• Communicate delivery dates and take action on delays.
