Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Mining Eng or Business Administration; 1 year mining equipment industry experience; Sales/Sales Support experience in mining equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support documentation, calculations and technical data.
• Clarify/explain technical details as required.
• Coordinate with factory departments for delivery planning and data.
• Provide equipment availability/slots and life cycle cost data.
• Raise intercompany quotations and manage invoicing data in CRM.
• Communicate delivery dates and manage delays with factory teams.
• Capture projects, accounts, opportunities, contacts and activities in CRM.
• Represent Liebherr at trade associations and industry events.
