Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support regional distribution and strategic accounts in the Pacific Northwest. You will identify growth opportunities, lead sales initiatives and partner with production and supply chain to deliver value.

You will build relationships across levels, deliver technical solutions, and coordinate multi-channel communications to win with customers while aligning with Dow's standards for integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the regional account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Identify customer needs and differentiate Dow offerings to gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Manage relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales and marketing plans delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and analyze market data.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals.
