Job summary

Weed Man is hiring a Remote Sales Representative to join our growing lawn care team. You will engage with residential customers, drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and represent a fast-growing franchise that has shown strong growth and expansion.

This position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a flexible work-from-home setup, and training to help you succeed in a high-volume sales environment. Ideal candidates live in eligible states and are motivated to advance with Weed Man.

Qualifications

• Remote sales experience is highly desired.
• Experience with residential customers preferred.
• Ability to use CRM, dialer programs and Google Business Suite.
• High volume inbound/outbound sales environment experience.
• Weekend and overtime availability March - May.

QUALIFICATIONS - NO LAWN CARE EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Must live in SC, IN, KY, FL, WV, AL, VA, MD
• REMOTE sales experience (highly desired)
• Experience with residential customers preferred
• Ability to use Computer Software Systems (CRM’s, Dialer Programs, Google Business Suite)
• High volume inbound/outbound sales environment experience
• Weekend and overtime availability March - May

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14/hour base pay with un-capped commissions making it upwards of $28/hr+
