Job summary

Weed Man Lawn Care is hiring a Route Manager to join our growing team in theGreenville area. You will apply lawn care treatments, inspect customer lawns, operate equipment, and guide clients with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

Training and mentorship are included, with a company vehicle provided. You’ll work outdoors in varied weather, lifting up to 50 lbs, and have opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn—we’ll provide the training.
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration.
• Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally.
• Deliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experience.
• Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days—offering free quotes and supporting business growth.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year
