Short description

This position requires a highly energetic, motivated, and creative individual who will be responsible for the development and management of Cimatron Software sales. We are looking for Sales Representatives located in the US, preferably on the east coast.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Meet sales goals and objectives through productive sales activities and by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify potential clients, initiate contact, and promote our CAD/CAM software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and ensure consistent business follow-up.
  • Listen and understand client needs, analyze them to provide tailored software recommendations.
  • Prepare, submit, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of company’s current and future products and solutions.
  • Provide regular updates, accurate territory sales forecasts, monthly status reports, and quarterly sales projection reports.
  • Obtain and report current market information in the region (trends, competition, pricing, etc.).
  • Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, conferences, tradeshows, user group meetings, industry, and product webinars with a customer-specific focus to introduce new products.
  • Develop and manage sales funnel by monitoring growth, accuracy, and conversion in NetSuite/CRM.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience selling to manufacturers, with experience in capital equipment sales; CAD/CAM experience preferred.
  • Strong active listening, analyzing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-discipline, drive to work autonomously, and ability to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in sales functions: generating and qualifying leads, handling technical objections, building customer relationships, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals; willingness to travel and be flexible.
