Location: Remote / Travel-Based - Must live near a major airport within the territory
Base Salary: $70,000 + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $90K+ Year One | $120K+ Year Two | Full Benefits | Travel 50-75%

What You'll Do:
  • Hunt for new clients and build out our South Central HC/CC territory
  • Book and attend in-person meetings with prospects and customers
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, consult, measure, manage, close
  • Be the customer's go-to person, while collaborating with designers, project managers, and install teams
  • Travel 3-8 overnights/month
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records in Salesforce

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Willingness to be trained-we'll teach you our process
  • Bachelor's degree OR comparable work experience
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and U.S. passport
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (a plus)
  • Based in the territory and near a major airport
  • Comfortable with 50-75% travel, including 3-8 overnights/month
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $70,000 base salary + uncapped, tiered commissions
  • OTE: $90K+ first-year earnings | $120K+ second-year
