A reputable family-owned manufacturer in Greater Philadelphia is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Sales Professional to build and manage customer relationships. You will develop new business through networking and maintain existing accounts. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of B2B sales experience. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an uncapped commission program and a supportive team culture.

Overview

We're working with a well-established, family-owned manufacturer of packaging solutions. Our client is looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves the chase of new business, and takes pride in delivering value-added solutions to customers. Ideal candidate would be located in the Greater Philadelphia area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and following up on marketing-generated leads
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to increase volume and margins
• Actively identify cost-saving options and recommend alternatives to create long-term customer value
• Stay connected to the market by monitoring trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Packaging experience is a plus, however training can be provided
• A self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
