Job summary

Triad Metals International is seeking a Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business from its Pittsburgh base. The role covers the full sales cycle—from quoting to shipment—and requires regular travel to the territory while collaborating with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams.

You will build relationships with customers and prospects, prioritize multiple accounts, and contribute to a team-driven culture that values initiative and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong client relationship skills and problem-solving ability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues.
• Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office on Neville Island, PA.
