Job summary

Triad Metals International, based near Pittsburgh, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and win new business across the region. This office-based role combines quote preparation, order coordination, shipment tracking, and post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will travel regularly within the territory, collaborate with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong client relationship skills and problem solving.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

We're seeking a motivated, self-directed; Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business across the region. This is a results-oriented, hands-on role that manages the full sales cycle-from quoting through shipment-working closely with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues.


• Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the territory.


• Maintain and grow relationships with current customers.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.


• Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.


• Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office on Neville Island, PA.
