Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Metallurgy or Materials Science strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in the steel/metals industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor and partner to customers, translating capabilities into value.
• Review inquiries, establish pricing, and develop process plans for steel ingot and billet production.
• Oversee orders and deliveries, track profitability, and resolve customer claims with metallurgy input.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support the Sales Director in growth initiatives.
