Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is hiring a Sales Representative in Ohio to develop and maintain relationships with customers and drive sales in Ready-Mix Concrete and building materials. You will create short- and long-term sales plans to increase regional profitability and coordinate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, communication skills, and ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (5 years).
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain favorable relationships with current and potential customers.
• Achieve sales goals for Ready-Mix Concrete and Building Materials.
• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies and plans to increase margins.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality Control, Production, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Travel as required and participate in industry associations to build networks.
