Job summary

The Shelly Company is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with customers in the Ohio region. You will focus on Ready-Mix Concrete and Building Materials, executing sales plans and strategies to improve profit margins.

You will collaborate across Safety, Quality Control, Production, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure top-notch service while pursuing growth opportunities and market intelligence. The role requires travel and occasional non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (5 years).
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain favorable relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales goals for Ready-Mix Concrete and Building Materials.
• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies to increase regional profit margins.
• Identify and bid projects within assigned markets.
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Travel as required and work non-traditional hours when needed.
