Endurance Flooring is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative for Southern Virginia to drive regional growth through proactive outreach and site visits. The role combines hybrid/remote work with full-time responsibilities, including building client relationships and managing a growing project pipeline.

You will learn our athletic flooring products, engage with schools and athletic facilities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals and successful project

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is needed.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Interest in learning construction processes, project management, and athletic flooring installation.
• Confidence making cold calls and connecting with new contacts.
• Comfortable visiting active construction sites and participating in project walk-throughs.
• Professional demeanor and a self-starter mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through cold-calling, follow-ups, and in-person site visits.
• Develop a strong understanding of Endurance Flooring’s athletic flooring products and installation systems.
• Identify new project opportunities in schools, gyms, fitness centers, and athletic facilities across your territory.
• Organize and manage your territory with consistent outreach, data logging, and lead tracking.
• Visit project sites to meet clients, understand their needs, evaluate project conditions, and represent Endurance Flooring with professionalism.
• Support the sales process by preparing accurate documentation, proposals, and quotes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and satisfied customers.
