Balance Staffing is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for the AM Region in Montgomery, AL. This on-site contract‑to‑hire role supports KAM, CBUs, and Ops across multiple sites, focusing on pipeline, purchasing, invoicing, and reporting.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams, maintain CRM data in Salesforce, and develop dashboards. The ideal candidate has strong Excel, CRM, and process-improvement skills and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing-adjacent setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting multiple accounts/sites in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills with clear ownership.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, data validation and repeatable reporting.
• Hands-on experience maintaining CRM data and producing pipeline/forecast reporting; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with SAP-related processes such as PR/PO, goods receipt, invoicing and AR visibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.
• Familiarity with quotes, SOWs, MSAs, POs, invoicing workflows and related processes.

Responsabilités

• Own AM Region sales operations execution and reporting.
• CRM administration and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
• Produce dashboards and executive-ready summaries on pipeline, bookings, purchasing activity and contracts.
• Coordinate IT purchasing: intake, quotes, approvals, orders, billing handoffs.
• Prepare and track customer-ready quotes, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals and related documents.
• Track invoicing readiness, POs, aging and collections; escalate blockers.
• Manage PR/ES/GAR/IO/WBS records with complete documentation.
• Oversee POs and reconcile with delivery and billing milestones.
• Coordinate with CBUs and sites on contacts, locations, tax docs and processes.
• Drive cross-team action items with owners and timelines.
• Prepare meeting packs and status updates aligned to standards.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and automation.
