Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Sales Analyst to support the North America Strategic Accounts team. You will track sales performance, manage customer fee reporting, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining NDA and agreement repositories.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to data governance. Location flexibility within Eastern or Central time zones is offered, with on-site operations in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 5 years of experience in a sales support role
• Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring sales, revenue, and customer program reporting.
• Analyze sales and operational data to support strategic account initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality review activities.
• Support customer program administration and reporting requirements.
• Partner with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams to gather and validate information.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, and process documentation.
• Research and resolve reporting discrepancies, data inquiries, and exception requests.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to reporting, analytics, and data governance.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and business support as needed.
• Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting calendars and distributions.
• Maintain CRM/ERP master data and cross-system data translations.
