Core-Mark International is seeking a Sales Service Representative in Texas to support strategic sales initiatives within the assigned region. You will collaborate with the local Sales Team, execute the SmartStock program, ensure compliance, and provide merchandising and sales support to customers and vendors.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, maintaining routine calls, and ensuring products are displayed and priced correctly across stores.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service, merchandising or sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Maintain and execute the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, merchandising).
• Identify and reduce out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and store compliance.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Propose solutions to customer challenges with support from the team.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
