Job summary

Core-Mark seeks a Sales Service Representative to support regional sales initiatives, execute SmartStock, and build strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to meet client needs, manage merchandising and stock procedures, and ensure shelf compliance across assigned stores.

The role emphasizes driving sales, maintaining product freshness, and responsiveness to customer concerns, with a Monday–Friday schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Maintain and execute the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering).
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date codes.
• Attend to customer needs promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram and in-store marketing compliance.
