Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Accutrol LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales activities of Accutrol in the specific region(s) of North America.

An Accutrol Sales Manager is assigned a territory and carries out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training representatives; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

This position requires extensive travel within the territory.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set representative performance goals
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Advise representatives and clients concerning sales and advertising
  • Assign sales territory to sales
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist representatives in promoting sales.
  • Suggest product applications and standardization for more
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales
  • Meet with key clients, assisting the sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related
  • Assist representative to ensure orders are entered properly with proper
  • Analyze and control expenditures of region to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Assist other departments within organizations to prepare manuals and technical
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the
  • Assist representatives with strategic project planning through bid and booking
  • Ensure proper communication between territories particularly when cross
