Apex Electronics Talent is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the US Southeast. The role is home-based within a Southeast US territory and demands a strong track record in outside sales of power supply products, along with program management experience.

You will work with OEMs, distributors and factory personnel to grow the power solutions business across the Southeast, manage dealer relationships, deliver customer presentations, and lead initiatives to meet annual sales targets while

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales in power supply industry.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Program management experience.
• Self-starter with independence and initiative.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of strategic selling techniques and solution-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual sales plan to meet territory targets.
• Prospect, qualify and close OEM accounts to meet goals.
• Manage customer development to satisfy sales and customer goals.
• Visit accounts, resolve issues and deliver presentations.
• Provide account management through technical development.
• Lead factory team to drive program success.
• Provide forecasts and account status reports to the factory.
