Metal Fab seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the Wichita, Kansas region. The role focuses on supporting field representatives, managing customer relations, and growing revenue while staying current on product developments.

Travel up to 40% is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have a business degree and 5+ years in sales/management, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Business degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of sales and management experience.
• Prior experience with manufacturers reps desired.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards for products.
• Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Dependable.
• Up to 40 percent travel.
• Must reside or relocate to Wichita area.
