Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced RSM / ZSM with a strong background in generic pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate will lead regional operations, manage sales teams, and ensure seamless coordination with distributors to achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for generic pharmaceutical products in the South region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely distributor payments
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in generic pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong network and experience in managing distributor coordination
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
