Ladders is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Secure Commerce (Remote) to lead a regional sales team in the Transportation space. You will coach frontline sales professionals, strengthen pipeline discipline, and support customer and partner-facing activity that advances revenue objectives.

The position also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine strategy, remove barriers, and improve overall sales performance. Location: Remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience including as a business development officer.
• Proven track record of revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition and cultivation models.
• Experience with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.

This role will lead a regional sales team focused on driving growth, accountability, and execution across a defined market. You will coach frontline sales professionals, strengthen pipeline discipline, and support customer and partner-facing activity that advances revenue objectives. The position also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine strategy, remove barriers, and improve overall sales performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,900 - $134,520 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of cultivation business development officers
• Participate in sales calls to provide support and feedback
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability
• Conduct regular performance reviews and deal coaching sessions
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
