Responsabilités

• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Harrisonburg region.
• Dig into Value Selling funnels and fix the step where buyers vanish.
• Keep the messaging consistent from Harrisonburg billboards to cold DMs.
• Track pipeline performance and report results to leadership each week.
• Coach the Regional Sales Manager team off discounting and onto value selling.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
