Job summary

UE Systems, a global ultrasound solutions provider, seeks a technically credible Technical Sales Manager, Reliability Solutions to rebuild and grow our presence in the Southeast. You will own the territory, develop pipeline, and translate ultrasound into measurable improvements in uptime, safety, energy efficiency, and asset performance.

This field-based role requires discovery, demonstrations, and credible business cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or related plant operations.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and condition-based monitoring.
• Experience with ultrasound, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, motor testing, or precision alignment.
• Ability to translate reliability opportunities into operational and financial value.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 75%.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a Southeast territory plan to increase pipeline, new-logo wins, revenue, and account value.
• Prospect across priority markets and re-engage inactive or underpenetrated accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, energy, and EHS stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into ultrasound solutions spanning hardware, software, training, and services.
• Conduct onsite evaluations, demonstrations, and value engagements to establish credibility.
• Develop business cases and proposals that quantify value through downtime reduction and asset reliability.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end in CRM with clear next steps and forecasts.
• Build relationships across technicians, reliability engineers, plant managers, procurement, and executives.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and technical teams to accelerate adoption.
• Represent UE Systems at sites and events while gathering competitive intelligence.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain a professional, solution-focused approach.
• Travel regularly as needed (50-75%).
