Kustom Signals, Inc. & MPH Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Atlantic NC region for public safety tech solutions. You will build relationships with law enforcement and governmental entities, drive territory growth, and present compelling demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of technical B2B sales or account management, preferably in public safety tech.
• Experience managing multiple projects and traveling extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with law enforcement agencies and governmental entities.
• Grow sales through prospecting, presentations, demos, and territory planning.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and training—both in-person and virtually.
• Travel extensively (≈75% of the time), including some evenings and weekends.
• Recommend tailored solutions that align with each agency's needs and challenges.
• Monitor competitors and contribute insights to market strategy.
• Maintain and manage demo equipment for your region.
• Be a reliable, proactive partner to customers and a valued team member.
