Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience and 3+ years in sales management or construction management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand regional sales efforts to meet bookings and gross profit goals.
• Develop territory plans, account strategies, and marketing plans for Sunland's products and services.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events to grow network and opportunities.
• Prepare reports for local, regional, and executive leadership.
