Job summary

Sunland Asphalt, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Las Vegas, NV. You will direct a high-performing team focused on business development, client retention, and revenue growth, promoting our pavement maintenance products and services.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sales leadership within construction or asphalt industries, excellent relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel to client sites across the region.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years industry experience in sales, sales management, and construction management.
Excellent computer skills and fluency in English.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the regional sales team to meet bookings and gross profit goals.
Develop and execute territory plans and account strategies.
Coach Project Consultants on sales processes and product knowledge.
Coordinate trade shows and industry events to expand network.
Prepare reports for local and senior leadership on performance.
Identify opportunities to grow market share and optimize service offerings.
