Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Off Campus EAC in the Central US remote region. You will drive new revenue, manage accounts, and create demand for AA brands in student housing, focusing on electronic access control. Ideal candidates reside in Central US and can travel up to 50%.

You will develop quarterly and annual action plans, maintain CRM records, and report projections. Build relationships with owners, management companies, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in technology.
• Experience selling to C-level to managers in student housing/m multifamily is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, propose, and close sales to new and existing customers in the territory.
• Provide reports, sales projections, and CRM updates.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM system.
