Position Overview
The West Coast Regional Manager will oversee sales operations and drive business growth across the West Coast region. This role is critical in establishing strong relationships with OEMs, leading sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key OEM clients and partners in the region.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Oversee territory consisting of: 24 US States East of the Mississippi Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, N. Dakota, S. Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a Business related field.
- 3+ years of experience in OEM sales and sales engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Experience in HVAC, food service, or automotive industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.

- Competitive Base | Consulting Fee - $6K - 8K/month depending upon experience

- On target earnings annually of $125K (Good), $150K (Better), $175K (Best) but don't let this restrict you! With uncapped commissions the sky is the limit!
