What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team to drive channel revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts
- Provide coaching and performance management to Senior Sales Executives
- Manage regional territory and maintain reports on pipeline activity and employee performance
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and assist with escalation issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD preferred
- 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
- Sales management experience, ideally in the legal market
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
