Job summary

Cemen Tech, Denver, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain West region to drive revenue growth for our concrete mobile mixers. You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with contractors and dealers, and travel extensively to serve customers and win new opportunities.

You will lead by example, manage dealer networks, use CRM to track contacts, and collaborate with other managers to hit annual sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic sales plan that meets or exceeds targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within construction, ready-mixed and heavy equipment industries.
• Sell construction equipment to contractors across the region.
• Travel to the region, speak at conferences, and meet with clients to expand market reach.
• Generate revenue growth by offering leading products and customer-focused solutions.
• Support dealer network to increase market share and knowledge.
