Job summary

Cemen Tech, Denver, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain West region to drive revenue growth for our concrete mobile mixers. You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with contractors and dealers, and travel extensively to serve customers and win new opportunities.

You will lead by example, manage dealer networks, use CRM to track contacts, and collaborate with other managers to hit annual sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients for our industry leading and highly respected concrete mobile concrete mixers within the assigned Northeast territory. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing strategic sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager is the key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet our customers’ needs while supporting the company’s overall growth and market objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, the person will:

  • Develop and execute the strategic sales plan that meets or exceeds your sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the construction, ready-mixed and heavy equipment industries.
  • Sell construction equipment to utility, infrastructure, site and concrete contractors across your region.
  • Connect with business owners and executives to become an industry expert in your field while traveling to the assigned region and country, speaking at conferences and meeting with clients.
  • Generate revenue growth by offering a portfolio of products that are industry-leading and highly respected in the field.
  • Work to expand focus and education for existing construction dealer network to increase their market share.
  • Learn how concrete is being used on projects today to understand how contractors can benefit from our technology.
  • Work side by side with other regional sales managers to find leads and support existing customers throughout the country.
  • Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to support and help create on-going tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to support sales strategy.
  • Increase sales over 20% annually within your territory.
  • Manage CRM with dealer and customer contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS
  • At least three years of field sales experience.
  • Knowledge of construction industry and solutions.
  • Experience managing a dealer network is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
