MÜNZING CHEMIE GmbH in the United States (Mid-Atlantic) seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth in coatings, adhesives, inks, and building/construction markets through technical project selling of specialty chemical additives.

You will prospect new customers, close deals, and travel ~60%. A technical degree and 5+ years of direct territory sales are required; lab experience in formulations is a plus. Competitive compensation includes a base of $110-130k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of direct territory sales experience.
• Lab experience in formulations or application testing (3–5 years) is preferred.
• Chemical industry experience; performance chemicals a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting to open new markets and customers.
• Ability to close deals and negotiate value.
• Travel about 60% in the field (3 days/wk across the territory).
• Cover markets: Coatings, Adhesives, Inks, Building and Construction.
