Job summary

AAA USA Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in our ground transportation manufacturing and workforce solutions division.

The role targets OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers across the United States, with a true hunter mindset and executive-level relationship development. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, performance bonuses, car allowance, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business within manufacturing, industrial, staffing, workforce solutions, or technical services markets.
• Experience selling staffing solutions and industrial workforce services.
• Established relationships with manufacturing decision-makers and operational leaders.
• Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with ground transportation manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Manufacturing Managers, and executives.
• Sell workforce solutions including staffing, direct placement, managed services, and turnkey manufacturing support.
• Identify workforce challenges and develop customized solutions that support production goals.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and project management teams to deliver workforce solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and long-term customer agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Represent AAA USA at meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
