Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support our ground transportation manufacturing and workforce solutions division. This hunter role focuses on selling staffing and turnkey workforce solutions to OEMs and Tier 1/2 manufacturing players across the United States.

You will build executive relationships, develop customized workforce solutions, and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business within manufacturing, staffing, or industrial services.
• Established relationships with manufacturing decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.
• Experience selling staffing solutions and managed services.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with ground transportation manufacturers, OEMs, and Tier 1/2 suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at plants and operations.
• Sell workforce solutions including staffing, direct placement, and MSP programs.
• Identify workforce challenges and develop customized solutions to support production goals.
• Prospect via networking, referrals, cold calling, events, and industry associations.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution.
• Conduct customer site visits to understand processes and labor needs.
• Collaborate with recruiting and project teams to deliver effective workforce solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and long-term customer agreements.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and activity documentation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Expand service offerings within existing accounts through account management.
• Represent AAA USA at meetings and industry events.
