Job summary

AAA USA is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow new business and deepen relationships among ground transportation manufacturers and suppliers in a designated territory. You will sell staffing, direct hire, and turnkey workforce solutions, while leading strategic account planning and maintaining an active pipeline.

The role requires a true hunter mentality, established manufacturing connections, and the ability to tailor labor solutions to improve production performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling to manufacturing or industrial markets.
• Experience selling staffing, workforce solutions, MSPs, or RPOs.
• Existing relationships with manufacturing decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel across territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely in a field role.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with ground transportation manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and related industrial manufacturers.
• Build relationships with Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Manufacturing Managers, Production Managers, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Sell contract staffing, direct hire, contract-to-hire, managed workforce solutions, project-based labor, and turnkey work package solutions.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling, strategic account planning, trade shows, and industry associations.
• Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution.
• Conduct customer site visits to understand manufacturing processes, production constraints, labor challenges, and goals.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and project management to develop customized workforce solutions.
• Prepare customer presentations, proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term service agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity forecasting, and customer activity.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales and revenue objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows.
