OrePac Building Products is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and Territory Sales Representatives in Wilsonville, OR. The role focuses on achieving revenue and margin goals while directing all sales functions within the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-service oriented leader with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, capable of coaching in the field and maintaining key relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 7–10 years in sales leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams and driving sales initiatives.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans, marketing strategies, and promotions.
• Coach in-field team members 70% of the time and build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain accurate forecast of bookings, revenue and initiatives.
• Build vendor relationships and coordinate with OrePac corporate office.
