OrePac Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Manager to oversee our inside sales and service teams within a designated region. You will manage staffing, engagement, and accountability, while coordinating with operations to resolve delivery issues and improve service levels.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with leadership experience in a customer-focused environment. Travel to branches within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with leadership experience in sales/service.
• Experience leading inside sales or service teams is required.
