Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years in sales leadership roles.
• Experience in building materials or related channels is preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the sales region up to 70% of the time.
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Territory Sales Representatives.
• Develop and implement sales plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Forecast bookings, revenue, and manage profitability by product line.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and represent the branch to OrePac corporate.
• Coach field teams and drive programs to grow revenue in the assigned region.
