Job summary

D30 Group Limited is seeking an Regional Sales Manager for the Chicago, Milwaukee, Green Bay and Rockford region. You will manage an established customer base and pursue new opportunities, selling technical equipment and engineered solutions to industrial clients.

The role offers a strong earnings mix with a base salary, guaranteed monthly bonuses, an annual bonus and a 10% commission on new business, plus family health care. Regular travel within the Midwest is required.

Qualifications

2-5+ years in Industrial/Technical/Engineering or Manufacturing Sales.
Experience selling to engineers and maintenance teams.
Ability to manage a large territory and travel.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant experience valued.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the established territory across Chicago, Milwaukee, Green Bay and Rockford.
Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Sell technical equipment and engineered solutions to industrial customers.
Build relationships with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and Purchasing teams.
Attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events and travel within territory.
