Job summary

FALK Panel LLC in the United States is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead sales across Illinois and the St. Louis area in Missouri.

You will own a territory, develop new accounts, manage existing relationships, and drive revenue and gross margin goals through proactive prospecting and tailored product solutions. You will coordinate with internal teams, quote opportunities, and travel frequently to meet customers and close deals while representing FALK Panel's mission and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in construction or architectural products.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take over and grow existing customer accounts in Illinois and Missouri.
• Prospect new customers and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations and propose product solutions to meet project needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule production and delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and report on territory performance.
