Reporting Line

Director, HVAC Sales

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Grow ABB's market share regionally by managing dedicated tier-1 Channel Partners and Commercial OEM customers, supporting the HVAC Drives product portfolio and market strategy.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times, payments, and terms, aligning with ABB's offerings and strategy.
  3. Implement marketing activities and articulate the value proposition to customers.
  4. Identify and develop new market opportunities within the designated region.
  5. Manage administrative sales procedures, including supporting cash collection and project management activities as needed.
  6. Work remotely within a dynamic, high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with 8+ preferred, in complex business environments selling products or solutions.
  • Extensive background in sales and VFD/HVAC applications.
  • Experience managing OEM, End User, and Commercial Channel Partners in the HVAC industry.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Must have valid work authorization for the US.
