Responsibilities

• Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with executives to set and achieve regional sales goals.
• Lead and train a sales team to maximize revenue and meet corporate targets.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance.
• Identify hiring needs and train new sales staff.
• Present strategies and conduct regular team meetings.
